Ceramics 2 refelection qusetions

1.) My growth on the wheel was one of my biggest accomplishment because at first I could not even make a simple mug or center right in the class I would give up so fast until I kept pushing myself and following Mr. Catellier paper guide on the wall.

2.) To do well on the wheel you must be able to not give up and be comfortable in your position.have great posture is also important.

3.) I had trouble centering the clay on the wheel I over came that by have very good posture and use the guide to help me center well also made sure I used the pace on the wheel for this.

4.) the easiest part was making our lamps and the hardest part was making our table setting due to the fact we had to get a lot done in a short amount of time there was no day to waste in that class.

5.) I could sell some of my work like my bowls, water jug, and my lamps because I have put much effort into them and worked hard in making them the best of my ability. Pulse my art work is unique in a way of short.

Nish's sketches of slab vase

Wheel challenges

The wheel started difficult for me I could not center my clay at all. Then someone  showed me how to get your clay on the right way by using the your finger to set it up from moving. After I got my clay set I stated to make my first candle holder. The first one didn't turn out so well but after a couple of tries I got the hang of it and stared to click for me. The last 3 that I made were the best ones I have ever made in my life.
